All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Rider-Centric Return Policy

We stand behind our rugged motorcycle accessories just like we stand by our fellow riders. While we take pride in crafting durable products, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
• Products must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags
• A proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their specialized nature, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom-fitted accessories (like specific Alurack Topcase carriers or C-Bow Carrier Systems)
• Leatherbags and Hydration Packs that show signs of use
• Any item that has been installed or modified from its original condition (including Engine protection plates, Fender Guards, or Center Stands)

The Rider-Friendly Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our Rider Support team at [email protected] with:

• Your order number
• Item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return
• Whether you prefer an exchange or refund

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Package & Ship

Securely package your items (we recommend using the original packaging for products like our Handguards or Lock-it Sidecarriers) and include all original contents.

Step 4: Send Back to Us

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
• Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
• Timeline: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item via your preferred shipping method once the return is processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product (like Kickstand enlargements instead of Foot Pegs):

• Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue
• We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost
• In some cases, we may ask you to return the original item with prepaid shipping
