Ordering & Shipping

How long does order processing take?
We process all orders within 1-2 business days from our Charlotte warehouse. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods to get your gear to you:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, arriving in 10-15 days after dispatch with full tracking
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, arriving in 15-25 days after dispatch with basic tracking
Both options ensure your motorcycle accessories arrive safely with our adventure-ready packaging.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to riders worldwide, excluding some remote areas in Asia and other select locations. Our Charlotte warehouse ensures efficient routing to destinations across North America, Europe, and beyond. During checkout, simply enter your address to see available shipping options.
How is my order packaged for shipment?
Whether you’ve ordered rugged aluminum cases or delicate fender guards, we package all items with motorcycle-grade protection to survive the journey to your garage. We use high-quality packing materials specifically chosen for each type of accessory.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We stand behind our products with a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you’re not completely thrilled with your C-Bow carrier system, handguards, or any other item, contact our rider-support team at [email protected] to initiate a return.
Are there any items that can’t be returned?
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
  • Used protective gear (crash bars, engine protection plates)
  • Custom or special order items
  • Products that show signs of installation attempts
All returned items must be in original condition with packaging and tags.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider (typically 3-5 additional business days).
